Way To Success was born from lived experience. Our founder Rajendra Paudel (RP Srijan) arrived in the UAE as part of the Nepali migrant community and witnessed firsthand the challenges that workers face โ not just the hard physical work, but the lack of access to reliable information, the vulnerability to financial scams, the confusion around documentation, and the isolation of being far from home without proper guidance.
What began as community support work โ answering questions, helping with forms, sharing financial tips on social media โ grew into something much larger. As the reach expanded to over a million followers, it became clear that this was more than a side project. It was a calling.
Way To Success FZC LLC was formally established in UAE to create a sustainable, professional, and accountable platform that could serve the community at scale โ with programs, services, and partnerships that make a real difference in the lives of Nepali migrant workers and the companies that employ them.
Rajendra Paudel, known publicly as RP Srijan, is the founder and driving force behind Way To Success FZC LLC. A UAE-based entrepreneur, writer, and community advocate, he has spent years building platforms and programs that empower Nepali migrant workers through education and honest guidance.
RP Srijan is the creator of multiple community brands including WTS Guru, Bidesh App, Desh Ma Lagani, and the เคชเคฐเคฆเฅเคถเฅเคเฅ Personal Finance program โ each designed to solve a real problem faced by Nepali workers abroad.
His work spans UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Nepal โ touching thousands of lives through in-person events, online content, and direct support services.
Sangita Timilsina Paudel is co-founder and operations director of Way To Success FZC LLC. She brings a deep commitment to community welfare, women's empowerment, and operational excellence to everything the organization does.
